PMT staff served on the client’s project core management team responsible for reporting weekly results of the deployment effort to client management and the project sponsor. Through development and use of standard information gathering and reporting tools, PMT staff was able to provide “real-time” project results that allowed accurate monitoring and reporting of deployment results relative to the established project baseline.

PMT's data gathering and results reporting allowed Aetna/US Healthcare management to monitor the efforts and results of the project. Accurate monitoring of results allowed corrective action to be initiated as needed and resulted in the project being completed on-time and under the allocated budget.
