PMT supplied project management resources to supplement
the in-house Avaya team. An on-site PMT Project Manager
was responsible for managing all aspects of the projects.
This involved project planning, execution, control and
closure. Key tasks included, scope verification/definition,
determining internal resource requirements, staff acquisition,
schedule development, change management, as well as
contract & administrative closure. The projects
were successfully completed on-time from project initiation
through customer cut-over.
PMT assisted Avaya Communication in successfully supporting
solution delivery demands during peak periods meeting
or exceeding the expectations of internal and external
stakeholders.
