PMT staff worked with both CheckFree and banking
customer team leaders to define the team structure,
clarify the project objectives and scope, and create
and publish an integrated project plan and issues/actions
log. Project deliverables were made available on a corporate
website for viewing and utilization by the Migration
Project teams.
As a result of PMTs’ efforts, CheckFree was able to
complete this project on schedule, maintaining effective
communications and earning the confidence of their banking
customers during this complex and date-sensitive migration
project. |
