We estimate the time each activity will take and slot it into a realistic schedule. Finally, we set up a system of reporting that will tell us at all times how well were on schedule.   • Cost Management – We assemble, estimate and forecast costs over the life cycle of the project by using information that is available through you or other sources. We break cost down into the most manageable segments. We setup a budget and monitoring system to gather , analyze, and report cost data on an ongoing basis.
  • Quality Management – We work with to define the requirements and performance standards that meet your quality expectations. Then we make certain everyone involved – including contractors and vendors – understand and holds to those standards. During the course of the project we provide continuing quality control – systematic inspections, analysis of results, and reports on conforming to performance standards.
  • Risk Management – A critical part of project management is to identify, assess and respond to potential risk factors. Our contingency planning includes a systematic approach to sort through and assess uncertainties, then identify cost effective ways of reducing them.
  • Communications Management – When schedules and budgets are tight, there is no room for misunderstandings. From the beginning, PMT helps you develop clear lines of communication to coordinate project team members and outside resources such as vendors and contractors. Responsibilities and deadlines are clarified. A continuing communications plan makes certain that resources are properly utilized, that schedules are maintained, and that contingency actions, when necessary, are folded seamlessly into the project plan.
