PMT staff, working with Delta Airport & Corporate Affairs on this fast-tracked project, conducted on-site construction management services, including overall project scheduling, coordination of multiple contractors and the coordination of the fabrication and delivery of owner furnished materials. PMT staff also provided overall project management for the technology deployment, including design interface, procurement, system installation and start-up. The project was substantially complete four weeks prior to the beginning of the games, allowing Delta to showcase their Atlanta Worldport during this international event.
