Dr. Paul Toth’s Ph.D. Dissertation ” Project Leadership and the PMBOK@Guide”
Dr. Paul Toth has recently received his Doctorate of Business Administration. He is a true inspiration having returned to college at the age of 67 to complete his Bachelors degree, two Master degrees and his Ph.D. while working full time as a PMT Program Manager on many critical client projects. His dissertation was titled ” Project Leadership and the PMBOK@Guide”, which focuses on adding leadership as a knowledge area to the PMI’s PMBOK guide. See Dr. Paul Toth’s dissertation below.
