PMT worked closely with SITA and Equant to mange the pre-configuration, shipment and on site set-up of new Windows XP PC’s. PMT planned and managed resources throughout 60 countries worldwide to complete the deployment. PMT developed standard installation documentation for the project, which detailed the steps required for data transfer, network set up, e-mail configuration and remote access, then developed a site specific scope of work for each location to be utilized by the in country resources. Project tracking and reporting challenges were overcome through the use of a web based systems for verifying PC configuration completion at each location.

PMT was able to overcome time zone, language and distance constraints to deliver this worldwide deployment on time and on budget for SITA and the IMF
