PMT staff was engaged to provide project management, master scheduling, and field deployment services for this two-year reengineering project. Liberty Mutual converted their nationwide infrastructure from a MacIntosh environment to a Windows® environment by deploying new desktop and laptop PCs to all users. PMT staff were part of over fifteen field project managers who were responsible for the logistics and management of field office pre-deployment activities (server and printer installations, network upgrades and facility enhancements) as well as day-of-deployment activities.
