PMT staff conducted a maturity assessment of the project management function within NetCare® Integration Services. As a result of the maturity assessment, recommendations were developed for project management process improvements. Working closely with Lucent’s project managers and supporting departments, PMT staff developed project process flows, policies and procedures and project management templates. Through the efforts of PMT, communications were improved within departments whose input was mission critical to Lucent project managers and their customers.
