PMT staff, working as a member of the Lucent Technologies
Network Consultant Group, managed the engineering team
in establishing a detailed master schedule for the deployment
of the network management system. Key activities were
scope planning and definition, resource planning, schedule
development, risk identification, procurement planning,
change order control, performance reporting, cost estimating
and budgeting for the data network. PMT staff provided
onsite project management personnel for this reengineering
project, which provided improved and reliable communications
within the governmental agencies of the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia, meeting project goals and objectives. |
