PM Technologies was contracted to oversee all aspects of the $10M expansion of the South Terminal Security Checkpoint from design phase through project close out.
• Managed all schedules, inspections, permitting, and overall project budget. Facilitated weekly project meetings, reviewed change order requests and payment applications.
• Added four security check lanes that included new screening equipment that would expedite the screening process in the world’s busiest airport.
• The expansion required some build out of the shell of the building to accommodate the new space and to allow for future concessions areas.
