THE CHALLENGES

PM Technologies (PMT) was contracted to manage the completion of a $10 million state of the art Delta Sky Club for the new international Concourse F at Maynard H. Jackson Jr. International Terminal at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

The amenities were built to include eight shower suites, a full-service bar with complimentary beverages in addition to premium wines, spirits and cocktails for purchase. In addition, the Concourse F Sky Club will be the first in the system to feature a mezzanine level, which includes views of the Federal Aviation Administration tower and the airport’s E concourse.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

PMT staff, worked with Delta ACS & Marketing on this fast-tracked project. Our PM team conducted on-site construction management services, including overall project scheduling, coordination of multiple contractors and the coordination of owner furnished materials
Our staff also provided overall project management for the technology deployment, including design interface, procurement, system installation and start-up.
The project was complete two weeks prior to the opening of the International Terminal, as a result, Delta was able to showcase their state of the art SkyClub for this prominent international event.
