PMT interviewed project management personnel from
seven diverse Siemens operating companies that routinely
collaborate on large projects. PMT experts analyzed
existing project documentation, reviewed organizational
requirements and validated management objectives. PMT
provided findings on existing practices and recommendations
for improvement to Siemens One Senior Management. Subsequently,
PMT developed and deployed a common project management
framework to be utilized by all Siemens operating companies
working on projects under the Siemens One organization.
PMT was able to assist Siemens One in enhancing capabilities
to effectively manage projects, to optimize portfolio
management and improve and increase overall project
performance.
