Challenge To develop a critical Path (CPM) schedule for the construction of the $22M Sanctuary, Parking structure and ancillary buildings.
Solution

PMT provided CPM scheduling services to Van Winkle to develop the project schedule. PMT worked with Van Winkle project managers to develop overall project milestones and requirements. PMT meet with each subcontractor to detail specific, tasks, durations, constraints, relationships and resource requirements. PMT and Van Winkle reviewed the project drawings and specifications to determine optimal project sequencing and logistics. PMT developed the schedule using Primavera Project Planner (P3), the integrated project schedule was accepted by the owner with minimal comments. PMT provided monthly schedule updates and status reports enabling management to make informed decisions based on up to date information.

PMT was able to develop a detailed CPM schedule which enabled the project to be completed on-time and on-budget while incorporating an 20% scope increase from owner change orders.
