PMT provided Program Management Services on the 21,000 sqft Premium Sky Club on BOS International Terminal Concourse E for Delta Air Lines. This LEED-Gold club overlooks the Boston harbor and skyline, seats 400, and features a nautical theme. Amenities include soundproof phone booths, and various seating options, including conference-style tables and semi-private seats. Restrooms have shower amenities that include family style room as well. The room’s main feature is a stunning premium bar with a spectacular ceiling overhang.

PMT supported Delta with the bid process for construction services and all other 3rd-party testing, commissioning, and deputy services. The design included an exclusive high-end hospitality set of finishes with a lounge experience for the airlines domestic hub location. Scope included new millwork, signage, new finishes, custom entry technology, new MEP throughout, showers, restrooms, business center’s, a new kitchen with a custom food offering, and IDF/MDF fiber/copper circuit terminations. This club is the first LEED Gold in the Delta System.
