PM Technologies (PMT) managed the replacement of 21 aircraft jet bridges at Concourse D at Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. This $25M project enabled numerous flights to operate more efficiently. In addition to the jet bridge replacement, PMT managed the renovation of multiple hold rooms. THE CHALLENGES
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
- Worked with architects, engineers, contractors, and Atlanta operations personnel to ensure the client’s best interest was maintained throughout the duration the project.
- Through schedule management , PM Technologies was able to control the impact on operations and minimize the downtime of gates under renovation. PMT coordinated with Airlines Staff and the Department of Aviation to make certain that the project came in under budget and on time, ensuring minimal airport disruptions.
