Over the past five years, PM Technologies worked in conjunction with Delta Air Lines, Inc. to coordinate the renovation of Terminal 5 at Los Angeles International Airport. The scope of this $260+ million project included, but was not limited to 30+ enabling projects. PMT also assisted with an internally funded Delta SkyClub and a Delta One VIP room. This project was completed ongoing in an active airport environment.
Delta Air Lines incorporated Sustainable Design practices in conjunction with CA Green Law (CALGreen) into their construction projects. BIM Modeling was used throughout Design and Construction.
All milestone and budgets were met during this project.
