THE PROGRAM

Delta Sky Club Concourse B

PM Technologies (PMT) was contracted to manage the completion of a full renovation of a 28,000 square foot Salt Lake City Sky Club instantly becomes Delta’s flagship lounge and its largest.

The renovation includes new finishes, MEP’s, owner-furnished items, branding, kitchen equipment, corporate standards, vendor equipment, IT infrastructure, WIFI, and design inspirations with local artwork.

With sweeping views of the airfield and the nearby Wasatch Range — and featuring bespoke furnishings, this is one of Delta’s premier lounges and an asset to Salt Lake City International Airport.

The amenities were built to include:

  • The SLC Sky Club is the largest Sky Club to-date on the West Coast; anticipated capacity seating of up to 600.
  • This Sky Club offers a unique Sky Deck that has expansive views of the daily flight arrivals and departures.
  • The custom marble throughout the club offers a high-end hospitality-level finish within the restroom, kitchen, and seating elements.
  • The finish of the bar area is equipped with a wine and beer system that is singularly featured in this DAL hub-city with floor-to-ceiling cabinets for the most exclusive drink offerings.
