PM Technologies assisted in the renovation and upgrade of the Terminal 5 Sky Club Lounge. Terminal 5 Sky Club was a time-phased renovation within existing operations for Delta Air Lines at LAX.
The scope of responsibility included new international, high-end finishes, renovated restrooms, new showers, upgraded prep kitchen, new seating and bar, lounge renovations including MEP upgrades, and renovated entry-way and check-in.
The team worked collectively with multiple stakeholders during the phased construction with the airline operations to minimize the impact to the high-profile customers. PM Technologies was responsible for managing the ever-changing design and executing the scope from start to closeout.
