PMT provides clients with an assessment of organization project management maturity. Our approach is based on a Project Management Maturity Model. The model mirrors the Software Engineering Institute’s (CEI) Capability Maturity Model’s (CMM) five evolutionary maturity levels, and examines current competence across nine knowledge areas in the Project Management Institute’s (PMI®) A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide). The assessment will provide your organization with an appraisal of the organizations existing capabilities in project management.

Project level assessments
PMT also provides project level assessments. These exercises can quickly identify troubled projects before it is too late to act. The project assessment examines current project variances and root causes, the application of project management best practices and the customer relationship. PMT experts will provide recommendations for improvement in areas which require specific actions. Actions are implemented proactively before major issues arise on the project.
