PM Technologies was contracted to assist Siemens, Inc to develop a customized project management methodology that integrates current product delivery processes from multiple Siemens’ operating companies with project management best practices.

• PMT interviewed project management personnel from seven diverse Siemens operating companies that routinely collaborate on large projects:
• Our PM experts analyzed existing project documentation, reviewed organizational requirements and validated management objectives. 
• PMT provided findings on existing practices and recommendations for improvement to Siemens One Senior Management. 

PMT developed and deployed a successful general project management framework utilized by all Siemens operating companies collaborating on projects under the Siemens One organization
