Equifax, one of the world’s largest credit reporting companies, utilizes Salesforce, a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Equifax Global Platforms manages the CRM environment for multiple business units worldwide.
PM Technologies supported the Equifax Global Platforms department to complete the SalesForce.com offering to Equifax Business Units worldwide. PM Technologies helped Equifax Corporate to define and develop corporate-level dashboards for SalesForce.com’s global use. Also, core functionality was designed and implemented for all users at the corporate level, which simplified licensing and maintenance agreements with SalesForce.com.
The offering centralized the SalesForce.com platform and better organized licensing, features, and communications across business units and departments with SalesForce.com users.
