The overall initiative of creating this tool was to allow our client to sunset the archaic Ad Manager application along with other legacy problem applications and systems.

PM Technologies provided the following services:
PM Technologies (PMT) provided program and project management leadership to coordinate requirements, design, construction, QA and application integration across different Company operating units along with 3rd party vendors.
In doing so, PMT executed proven project management processes to establish and manage an aggressive, complex deployment schedule. The new tool utilizes web services and connects directly to auctions which alleviates the dependency on legacy code and provides flexibility for future enhancements.
